Trinity Carpenter, LMHCA

Headshot of Isabella KoepfYou deserve to feel at home in your body, your relationships, and your story. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, identity exploration, or just feeling stuck, I offer a compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome. My approach to therapy is rooted in somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and the belief that deep healing happens through attuned connection—to ourselves and to others.

In our work together, I incorporate somatic practices that help you tune into your nervous system and uncover patterns stored in the body. This might look like breathwork, grounding exercises, or simply noticing what sensations arise in the present moment. I also integrate evidence-based talk therapy approaches, always guided by your pace and preferences.

My therapeutic style is relational, affirming, and collaborative. I see therapy as a space for both emotional safety and honest exploration. I honor your lived experience and tailor my work to your cultural, spiritual, and personal values. Whether you’re processing something painful or seeking deeper self-understanding, we’ll approach your healing with care and intention.

Outside of the therapy room I enjoy taking care of my plants, riding my bike, and baking sweet treats. Right now my favorite hobbies are learning how to sew and growing a vegetable garden!
