First Responders

It’s time to get rid of the ghosts tapping on your shoulder.

Let’s be honest, you have seen the unimaginable. Images burned in your mind.

Day after day, you put on your uniform to go to work. You have a strong sense of duty, honor, and integrity.

You cope by having a dark sense of humor. You see the best and worst of humanity.

You don’t talk about it.

Why would you? You want to keep it out of your head. The images come anyway.

The ghosts tap on your shoulders reminding you that they are still there. They haunt your dreams. They sometimes surprise you mid-day. You don’t want these images.

You are burned out.

You have been doing this for a long time. Over the course of your career, you have learned how and when to harden yourself. You are tired and might be counting down the days to retirement.

It would be nice to be rid of these feelings.

There is hope.

You don’t want to sit on a couch and talk about your feelings or re-hash all the things you saw.

Guess what? You don’t have to do that.

The best thing about the types of therapy that I use is that you don’t have to talk about what happened. It is up to you to decide whether you do or don’t. It’s true!

You just need to show up and let me guide you through the process.

I offer help for First Responders, Military, and Veterans.

You don’t need to continue living like this a moment longer. You deserve to give yourself the opportunity to heal. Do it for your spouse, your kids, and yourself. You don’t have to do this alone.

I am an Army Veteran, and I have a strong passion for working with First Responders, Military, and Veterans.

I get it. I know you don’t want to get help. I know you are good at keeping your ghosts in their closets. I also know they get out.

Let’s get them out for good.

There is hope. Contact us now by calling (253) 468-7899.
