I believe therapy is more than just talking through problems—it is a space for genuine transformation, fueled by compassion, human connection, and grounded in brain science. If you are looking for someone to sit with you through the messy, uncomfortable parts of life while helping you uncover why you feel stuck and how to move forward, you’re in the right place.
I support adults, couples, and families as they navigate relationship challenges, past trauma, and the intricate work of understanding themselves in an often-overwhelming world. My approach is systemic and relational; we’ll look beyond the individual to explore how your unique identity, family history, and the wider societal landscape have shaped your experience. By honoring the profound impact that culture and environment have on mental health, we can address the complex, nuanced realities of your life.
Therapy with me is experiential and trauma-informed, drawing on neurobiology and attachment theory to ensure healing isn’t just cognitive, but emotional and felt in your body. We will look beneath the surface at family patterns and the “unspoken rules” that may no longer serve you, replacing shame with a sense of curiosity and self-advocacy.
When I’m not in the therapy room, my favorite way to decompress is hanging out with my husband or friends—eating together, getting out into nature, or just recharging at home. I enjoy good food, reading, and gardening.
If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d be honored to work with you. You don’t need to have everything figured out—we’ll start right where you are. Let’s explore what’s possible together.
