Starting therapy is a courageous act – and you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in old patterns, or recovering from past experiences, I provide a safe, supportive space to help you heal and move forward.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating the effects of anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is integrative and compassionate, using evidence-based modalities like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), parts work (Internal Family Systems-inspired), and trauma timeline processing to help you make sense of your experiences and restore a sense of calm and clarity.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our cat, friends, and family. I am an avid reader and love visiting new places. Whether I’m exploring a new trail or getting lost in a good story, I value curiosity, connection, and balance in all areas of my life.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to start your healing journey—you just need a place to begin. If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to walk alongside you.
