I believe you are the expert in your own experience, and I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate your therapeutic journey. My professional background has provided me with experience supporting individuals, children, and families navigating trauma, crisis, complex life circumstances, and significant transitions. My previous experience as a community-based mental health clinician has given me the opportunity to lead clients with compassion, empathy, and a nonjudgmental perspective. I strive to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward healing and personal growth.

I utilize a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach to therapy. I incorporate motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to explore clients’ goals and develop practical strategies for meaningful change. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work to meet each client where they are while honoring their individual experiences, culture, values, and perspectives.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy mountain biking, long-distance running, and reading. I value creating balance in my life and making time for meaningful connections with family, friends, and my community. I look forward to building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, understanding, and collaboration as we work together toward meaningful change. If you are ready to take the next step, I am here for a free consultation.
