You are reading this because you want to feel and function better now. I’m here to listen without judgment and support you in ways that actually fit your life. My social work background shapes how I practice therapy, I consider not just what’s going on personally, but also how your relationships, community, and environment influence your experiences.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in tech for nearly 10 years in fast paced, high pressure environments. If stress, burnout, or finding balance are some of the challenges you’re facing, I’m here to support you through them.
Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can be yourself, take things at your own speed, and explore whatever’s on your mind. I’ll also share practical tools and ideas to help you better understand yourself, find balance, and make meaningful changes that stick.
In our work together, I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also bring in ideas from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you build a kinder, more understanding relationship with yourself. I don’t stick to just one approach, I mix and match these tools to fit where you’re at, focusing on what’s happening right now while also respecting how your past has shaped you.
In addition to being a therapist, I do my best to have quality time with my husband, our families, and friends. I love to travel, eat new foods, and explore the outdoors. We are new to the PNW and are enjoying the beauty and lifestyle living in Seattle.
