Sometimes it can feel like we are lost in a dark forest carrying a lantern that once lit our way but is now just as dark as our surroundings. Luckily, there are people searching through the darkness with their own lit lanterns for those who are lost. With empathy and love they teach the lost how to relight their lanterns and guide them out of the forest, only to go back in and find another. Sometimes the saved are called to return to the forest and seek out others who were lost as they once were; I am one of them.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, gender/sexuality exploration or identities, and histories of trauma and/or abuse. I like to use creative, artistic, spiritual, and out of the box ways to approach the healing journey coupled with evidenced-based treatment.

When not working, I enjoy playing games (video, card, tabletop, board, etc.), reading, exploring nature, baking, cooking, or spending time with my fur babies. I am a lover of fantasy, sci-fi, art, and all things weird. I believe life is truly enjoyed when we treasure not only each other, but the little things that give us joy.
